Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente and then cut into small pieces. Cut eggs and tomatoes into eighths. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
