Instructions
Divide the broccoli into small florets and wash.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the fresh garlic and broccoli with pepperoni to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze with the water, season and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
The vegetables should still have bite.
Ideal as an accompaniment to fish or meat.
