Clean the broccoli and cut into florets, peel the stems and cut into pieces (if you don`t like the stems, skip this step).
Heat olive oil, fry the garlic, add broccoli and fry lightly. Pour the instant stock over the broccoli and deglaze with the white wine. Turn the temperature down and cook the broccoli in the pot with the lid closed, turning it several times, for about 15 minutes. We like the broccoli a little softer, because then the taste of the wine and garlic soaks in the broccoli. If you like the vegetables with more bite, steam them for a shorter time.
Tip:
If you have concerns about the wine, you can also make the recipe with water and a little lemon juice.
