Instructions

  1. First chop the broccoli and cook in salted water for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions, which pasta is used is a matter of taste, we use either spirals or penne.
  3. Put the cream in a saucepan and heat it up, melt the cheese slices in it, add the stock cube and stir everything well again and again so that the cream does not burn. Season the sauce with a little more salt, but it`s really a matter of taste and which stock cube you have, sometimes you don`t need any more salt.
  4. Finally mix everything in a large saucepan, mix the pasta first, then the broccoli underneath and finally pour the cheese sauce over it, mix everything carefully, if you like a little more sauce, you can stretch it with milk.
  5. Perhaps let the whole thing stand a little longer, then the sauce will thicken a bit.
