Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli in florets, diced paprika and tofu, cut onion into quarter rings, cut garlic and ginger into small pieces.
  2. Sear all the vegetables in oil. Add the ginger and garlic. Deglaze with soy sauce.
  3. Add cashew nuts and tofu and heat. Season to taste with salt and chilli flakes.
