Divide the cabbage into sixths, cut out the stalk. Coarsely chop the cabbage and fry in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. If you like, you can also add paprika powder. Then add the tomato sauce. Let cook for about 30 minutes.
Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well and form meatballs and place in the sauce and cook for another 40 minutes.
