Instructions

  1. Clean and chop the mushrooms, finely dice the onion.
  2. Put the onion, mushrooms and meat stock in a pan with the walnut oil that has already been heated and fry. Then stir in the walnut cream cheese and let it melt. Now remove the pan from the heat, cover and let the mushrooms steep.
  3. Meanwhile, put the ribbon noodle in the already hot water and cook until al dente.
  4. Drain the pasta and serve with the mushrooms.
