Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and mustard together.
- Separate the bacon slices, add to the marinade, and carefully work the mixture in by hand (the thin bacon may crack easily).
- Cover and refrigerate the marinated bacon until ready to bake.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with top/bottom heat.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Arrange the bacon slices lengthways on the baking sheet.
- Bake on the middle oven rack for 10–20 minutes until crispy and brown.
