Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients in a sufficiently large glass. I prefer the following structure, but you can do it however you want:
  2. From top (lid of the jar) to bottom (bottom of the jar)
  3. 170 g flour, mixed with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  4. 60 g chocolate flakes
  5. 50 g ground hazelnuts
  6. 100 g powdered sugar
  7. 60 g of brown sugar
  8. 50 g cocoa
  9. 80 g powdered sugar
  10. 60 g of brown sugar
  11. For filling, I always use a large spoon and gradually add the ingredients to the glass. With cocoa you have to be careful not to smear the edge of the glass.
  12. With a long, thin vessel, I press the different layers down a little bit in between.
  13. Of course, you can use normal granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar, but powdered sugar dissolves better later when mixed.
  14. Print out these baking instructions or write them directly on the glass with a waterproof pen:
  15. Brownie mix
  16. Required Ingredients:
  17. 3-4 eggs
  18. 175 g soft butter or margarine
  19. 3-4 tablespoon milk (if necessary)
  20. Preparation:
  21. Preheat the oven to approx. 170 degrees (convection). Grease a small baking sheet or baking dish with butter and set aside.
  22. Baking instructions:
  23. 1. Put the contents of the glass in a bowl and stir everything well.
  24. 2. In a second bowl, whisk the butter / margarine and eggs together
  25. 3. Now mix the brownie mix and the egg mixture with the mixer until a viscous dough is formed. If necessary, stir in 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
  26. 4. Now put the dough in the greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
