Layer all ingredients in a sufficiently large glass. I prefer the following structure, but you can do it however you want:
From top (lid of the jar) to bottom (bottom of the jar)
170 g flour, mixed with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder
60 g chocolate flakes
50 g ground hazelnuts
100 g powdered sugar
60 g of brown sugar
50 g cocoa
80 g powdered sugar
60 g of brown sugar
For filling, I always use a large spoon and gradually add the ingredients to the glass. With cocoa you have to be careful not to smear the edge of the glass.
With a long, thin vessel, I press the different layers down a little bit in between.
Of course, you can use normal granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar, but powdered sugar dissolves better later when mixed.
Print out these baking instructions or write them directly on the glass with a waterproof pen:
Brownie mix

2. In a second bowl, whisk the butter / margarine and eggs together
3. Now mix the brownie mix and the egg mixture with the mixer until a viscous dough is formed. If necessary, stir in 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
