Instructions

  1. Melt butter with chocolate in a saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with sugar (add little by little!) To form snow.
  3. Stir the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk. Stir in cream (and possibly milk), flour and baking powder. Only then stir in the paradise cream powder. Finally fold in the egg whites.
  4. Bake one ladle of batter per waffle in the waffle iron for about 3 minutes.
  5. The amount of dough makes about 8 waffles with 4 eggs.
  6. Dust the finished wafers with powdered sugar as required.
