Instructions

  1. First, melt 200 g of the milk chocolate with 130 g of butter.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the flour, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder and sugar into a batter. Then stir in the slightly cooled chocolate mass. Cut the remaining 20 g of the milk chocolate into small pieces and stir in. Then add the raspberries to the batter. Chopped almonds or walnuts can also be added if desired.
  3. Now put the dough in the greased baking pan and bake it at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 22-25 minutes. You should always check how wide the brownies are so that they stay nice and moist. After cooling, just leave it as it is or coat with couverture and cut the brownies into squares.
  4. They can be served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries, a wonderful treat!
