Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, as small as you like them. Finely dice the onions (there can be fewer) and place them in a bowl with the tomatoes. Peel 3 cloves of garlic, press through a fine press and add to the bowl. Season with sea salt and pepper, let it steep briefly and then fill up with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat
Cut the bread into slices, drizzle a few drops of olive oil over them and rub the last clove of garlic. Place on a baking sheet and bake crispy for about 8 minutes - and out with it!
Then chop the basil, add to the bowl with tomatoes, garlic and onions, mix and season to taste.
