- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Press the garlic. Add to the tomatoes with the olive oil, herb vinegar and basil and stir gently.
- Cut the baguette bread into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until the slices are golden yellow.
- Then cover the baguette slices with the cold tomato mixture.
- The bruschetta taste particularly good with a glass of Chianti.
