Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water as well as possible. Boil jacket potatoes, then peel and cut into slices.
Cut the onion into pieces and fry well with the minced meat, season well with salt and pepper and a lot with paprika and possibly curry (you can also add some water or pureed tomatoes so that you have a little sauce).
Place the potato slices in a baking dish, sprinkle the minced meat over them, then place the Brussels sprouts on top. Season the sour cream with salt, pepper and a little caraway seeds and sprinkle them on the Brussels sprouts. Then sprinkle the cheese over it and bake in the oven for about half an hour at 180 degrees until the casserole is nice and hot and the cheese has the right color.
