Dice the onion, chop the garlic. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts. Cut the meatloaf into thin slices or small cubes. Also cut the bacon into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pot. Fry the onion, garlic and bacon in it. Add the potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts and pour in the broth. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
When the Brussels sprouts and potatoes are done, add the sausage and spices. Let simmer again for 5 minutes. If necessary, season again.
