Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, clean the Brussels sprouts and wash both.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry with a little oil. Pour the tomatoes and vegetable stock, add the diced potatoes and Brussels sprouts to the stock. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Season with lots of chilli, nutmeg, pepper and caraway seeds to taste and enjoy.
