Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, remove and drain.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan, brown the Brussels sprouts, onions and chestnuts in them, add the apple, season with salt, pepper and thyme and cook covered over a medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Go with game and hearty roasts.
