Instructions

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts in the broth and drain well. Then pierce the bacon (breakfast bacon) and Brussels sprouts, starting with the bacon, alternately in a snake-like manner on kebab skewers.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the skewers until the Brussels sprouts have a kind of crust and the bacon is crispy. Caution, burns very quickly!
  3. Delicious as a starter, side dish or with a sauce with rice.
