Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 10 minutes and drain.
Season the minced meat and fry it in a pan until it is nice and crumbly. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Pour water on.
Stir in the curry ketchup to taste, season with salt, pepper and sambal oelek (attention: sambal develops its spiciness after cooking, 1 teaspoon is sufficient). Mix the Brussels sprouts into the mince sauce.
