- Make a cruciform incision on the stem of each Brussels sprouts.
- Boil water in a saucepan. Cook Brussels sprouts until half cooked, 8-10 minutes.
- Put the cabbage in a non-greased dish, sprinkle with 2 tbsp of oil.
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese, remaining butter and spices.
- Sprinkle the cooked mixture over the cabbage.
- Cover with foil and bake Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
- Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
