Instructions
- Prepare Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Rinse the florets in cold water and cut in half.
- In the meantime, cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing with the whisk and add to the Brussels sprouts. Fold in the nuts and grapes and mix everything carefully.
- Arrange on 4 plates and grate the parmesan on top.
