Instructions

  1. Prepare Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Rinse the florets in cold water and cut in half.
  2. In the meantime, cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the dressing with the whisk and add to the Brussels sprouts. Fold in the nuts and grapes and mix everything carefully.
  4. Arrange on 4 plates and grate the parmesan on top.
