Clean and wash Brussels sprouts. Peel the onions and garlic. Halve the onions and cut into slices.
Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly. Add onions and crushed garlic. Season with salt, paprika and pepper. Add the tomatoes with the liquid and the Brussels sprouts and sauté. Pour in the broth and cook in a closed pot for 15 minutes.
Add the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
