Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in plenty of salted water for about 15-20 minutes (still slightly firm to the bite). Quench briefly and melt the butter in a pan. Add the almonds and lightly brown.
  2. Now add the Brussels sprouts and fry briefly with the almonds (so that the almonds take on even more color). Arrange directly from the pan in a bowl.
