Instructions
Clean the Brussels sprouts, remove the stalk and cut crosswise. Then cook in salted water until cooked.
Drain the cooking water, add the shallots, garlic and walnuts and sauté briefly with the Brussels sprouts. Finally add the cranberries and season with the spices.
Tip: Of course, nuts and dried fruits can be varied individually. The variant with a small piece of ginger instead of the garlic also works very well, I think.
