Instructions

  1. Cook the cleaned Brussels sprouts in bubbly salted water with a little sugar until they are al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic slices in it, do not let it burn. Let the hot Brussels sprouts slide into the olive oil and fry on all sides. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
