Chop the onion and radishes into small cubes. Mix the crabs, onions, radishes and dill tips. Then add a little olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
This goes well with baguette slices roasted in a little garlic oil.
Tip:
I don`t like it that much when it tastes too intense like onions, because the fine crab taste disappears so quickly. That`s why I pour boiling water over the cut onions and after a few minutes let them drain and cool before adding them to the other ingredients.
