Instructions

  1. Heat the milk, water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
  2. Cut the banana into small slices and add to the pan with the buckwheat and oat flakes. Bring to the boil briefly and then simmer on a low level for about 10 minutes until you have a nice breakfast porridge.
  3. Fresh fruit, such as pears and berries, also tastes great.
  4. Approx. 270 Kcal per serving.
