Activate the yeast in lukewarm water (until it foams slightly). Then mix all ingredients well or use them in the bread maker (wholemeal bread level). For those without a bread maker, let the dough rise for 1/2 hour first, then knead again well and let rise again for 1/2 hour. Put the dough in a loaf pan greased with olive oil. Bake in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees) for about 50 minutes. Finished.
