Mix the butter with honey until creamy. Stir in eggs and vanilla pulp. Mix both types of flour with baking powder. Stir the mixture into the egg mixture. Add enough mineral water to make a viscous dough. Let the dough soak for at least 15 minutes. If necessary, add more mineral water and then bake waffles from 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter until the batter is processed.
Stir the quark and yogurt until smooth and sweeten with half of the maple syrup. Wash the apple, pear and berries. Quarter the apple and pear, remove the core and dice. Drizzle the cubes with a little lemon juice. Sort the berries and mix with the other fruit. Season the fruit salad with the remaining maple syrup and ginger powder. Spread some quark between two waffles, divide the double-decker wafers into hearts and eat the salad with the waffles.
