Fry the bacon until crispy and tear into pieces. Fry the Krakauer in slices briefly. Coarsely chopped onions with it.
Put all ingredients except the yoghurt in a large saucepan and simmer for 60 minutes at medium temperature, stirring occasionally. Just before the end, stir in the yoghurt and serve.
Baguette just goes with it. But if you prefer, you can of course also eat it with rice or pasta.
