Instructions

  1. In the first step, boil the pasta according to the package instructions and drain in a sieve.
  2. In the meantime, drain and rinse the beans. Then peel the garlic and cut into small cubes and cut the peeled half onion into strips.
  3. Then heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan and fry the garlic cubes and onion strips over low heat. When the onions are soft after a few minutes, the garlic must not brown, add the beans and season with a little salt, a little pepper, the garlic powder and the paprika powder. Fry everything together briefly, add the remaining oil and the soy sauce and simmer everything for about 5 minutes over low heat, until the beans are soft.
  4. Then add the boiled pasta, mix everything well and fry briefly over medium heat. If necessary, season with soy sauce at the table.
  5. A sour tomato salad or a spicy cucumber salad goes well with it.
  6. We regularly have the dish on Friday lunchtimes and I always look forward to something new. I`m very sure that Bud Spencer would be thrilled too, hence the name.
