Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into slightly thicker slices. Halve the mozzarella if necessary. Fry the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Arrange the tomatoes on a plate and sprinkle with salt. Place the zucchini on top and the mozzarella too. Add a leaf of basil and place a slice or half a slice of bacon on top. Now fix with a wooden piercer, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and you`re done.
That can be prepared wonderfully. The zucchini is not fried and the skewers taste very good even after 2 hours.
It also looks good on a buffet, but also works well as a small starter.
