Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the diced meat vigorously.
Then add the onions cut into quarters and the spices. Fry for another 10 minutes and then add the tomato paste, the peppers cut into strips, the eighthed tomatoes and the stock. Add the rice and cook the whole thing over low heat (approx. 20 to 25 minutes). Possibly add a little more stock if the consistency is too firm.
