Instructions

  1. Cook the bulgur in twice the amount of water with a pinch of salt for about 3 minutes until a kind of porridge has formed. Mix in the yoghurt and applesauce and mix with the oatmeal and raisins. Chop the figs, dates, plums, walnuts and banana and add.
  2. Enjoy warm.
