Let the bulgur steep in a key with lukewarm water.
Cook the lentils according to the instructions on the package, then drain.
Fry the finely chopped onions in a pan with margarine or butter until crispy brown. Add the bulgur and lentils and mix well. Add enough water that the mixture is lightly covered and simmer on the lowest level for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with the garlic and serve with it.
Decorate with fresh parsley. If you like it spicy, you can also add a little chili.
