Boil the bulgur with a little more water than stated on the package instructions. After about five minutes, stir in the frozen peas and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and simmer for another three minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the feta into cubes and heat a pan with a little oil. Now pour the still liquid mass from the pot into the pan, season as needed, sprinkle the feta over it and allow the remaining liquid to evaporate. Then everything can be fried to the desired browning.
