Wash the bulgur well and cook as indicated on the package. Peel the carrot and cucumber. Then finely dice. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Wash the rocket, spin dry and roughly chop. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with pepper / salt and paprika flakes.
Carefully mix the bulgur, diced vegetables, rocket and dressing. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Crumble the sheep`s cheese on top and serve.
