Melt the fat, add the milk, heat to lukewarm. Crumble the yeast in a bowl, add the warm milk and fat and stir until smooth. Add sugar, salt, cardamom and flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough again and roll it out 1cm thick. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Roll up the dough in 2 cm. Cut thick slices and place in baking molds.
Place on a baking sheet, let rise for 30 minutes, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
