Instructions

  1. Fry the burger patties completely and let them cool down. After cooling, cut the patties into 4 to 5 strips. Halve the mini tomatoes. Cut the pickles into thin strips. Halve the sliced cheese. Wash the lettuce if necessary.
  2. Measure the aluminum foil a little longer than the wrapping paper, cut it to size and place it in front of you. Place the wrap on the aluminum foil.
  3. Spread the mustard and ketchup well on the wrap with the help of a tablespoon and spread it on. Spread the lettuce thinly and not in a pile in the middle of the wrap. Leave approx. 4 - 5 cm space above and below. Distribute the strips of meat in a V-shape on the left and right from bottom to top. Place the gherkin strips and the tomato pieces on the meat strips as desired. Pour a little more ketchup over the ingredients. Optionally season with aromatic or salt and pepper. Spread the fried onions well over everything. Then apply the sliced cheese like the meat strips in a V-shape from bottom to top.
  4. To wrap the wrap, fold one of the two sides, on which the 4 - 5 cm space has been left, inwards as the bottom. The other side remains open. Roll up the wrap well over the ingredients. No shift rolling! Wrap the wrap well in the aluminum foil so that everything is held together.
  5. Bake the wrap wrapped in aluminum foil in the oven on the middle rack at approx. 150 degrees circulating air for 15 to 20 minutes. The cheese melts and the flatbread bakes through nicely.
  6. Aromat is not for everyone. In my opinion, it rounds the whole thing off perfectly. You don`t have to overdo it.
