Instructions

  1. For the burger buns, put the butter, flour and egg white in a bowl. Add the sugar, salt and dry yeast and stir in. Gradually add 85 ml of water and knead everything. Shape the dough into 4 flat, round rolls of equal size. Let the rolls rise for 2 hours and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 185 ° C.
  2. Cut the slices of toast into small cubes, place in a small bowl and soak in a little water. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and sauté in the pan. Squeeze out the bread cubes and place in a bowl with the sweaty onions. Also cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add to the onions and toast.
