Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. I use the food processor with a dough hook for this.
  2. Then form approx. 1.5 cm thick patties. The dia should be adjusted to the size of the rolls. Then I stack the patties with a layer of baking paper in between and put them in the freezer for about an hour. When frozen, they can be grilled or roasted wonderfully without disintegrating and they stay nice and juicy.
  3. Creativity is now required when it comes to covering.
