  1. We send minced meat to a dry frying pan.
  2. Cook the meat on maximum heat until it changes color and all moisture evaporates. We shift the minced meat into a separate container.
  3. Cut the onion into large cubes.
  4. Pour the onion into the heated oil and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Then sprinkle with dry garlic and stir.
  5. Add finely grated carrots. Simmer over low heat until vegetables are cooked for 5 minutes. Salt (0.5 teaspoon) and pepper.
  6. Add ketchup or tomato paste and mustard.
  7. Fill with tomato juice.
  8. Now you need to add adjika, but if not found, then add bell pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and hot pepper.
  9. We shift the minced meat into a frying pan and cover it with a lid.
  10. Turn on the fire slightly below average and simmer for about 18 minutes so that all the liquid evaporates and the mass begins to hold its shape. When the meat is ready, taste it with salt and bring it to taste.
  11. Cut the cucumber into long strips.
  12. Cut the burger bun in half, not cutting to the edge a few centimeters. On both halves, crush the crumb with our hands and spread the meat sauce.
