Instructions

  1. Wash the beefsteak tomatoes, cut into very thin slices and arrange in a fan shape on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toast the toast lightly.
  3. Pluck the basil leaves and place on the tomato slices with the burrata. Drizzle with the olive oil and serve with the toast.
