Melt the butter or margarine for the crumble and allow to cool slightly. Mix the flour with sugar and add the melted butter with your hands. There should be sprinkles. Refrigerate.
For the dough, stir the butter, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar until creamy. Beat in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir in briefly. Stir in the cream and the chopped nuts.
Cover several baking sheets with baking paper. With the help of a teaspoon, place medium-sized piles on top with a little space and gently spread them flat. Put a dollop of jam on each pile and sprinkle with crumble.
Bake the trays one after the other in a hot oven at 175 degrees. The baking time is approx. 12 minutes.
