Instructions

  1. Crush the buns on a grater.
  2. Pour the hot butter into a narrow bowl that is as tall as possible and mix in both eggs intensively. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in the chopped rolls until a thin paste is formed, season to taste and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Form dumplings and let them steep in the hot broth (10 min.)
