Melt the butter in a pan, add the pepper and stir. Pour over the steaks and marinate for two hours.
Place the steaks on aluminum foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 100 degrees top / bottom heat, 90 degrees circulating air.
Heat the oil in a pan in good time, take the steaks out of the oven and sear them in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let rest for two minutes, season with salt and serve.
