Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sweat the onion cubes and rice until translucent. Pour in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cover the rice over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  3. If necessary, season the cooked rice with salt.
