Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil. Peel and dice the potatoes and grate the carrots. Add potatoes, pasta and carrots to the water and cook until cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add butter.
  2. Finally, sprinkle finely chopped parsley and dill on the soup. Serve with sour cream.
