• 6 tablespoon sugar, brown
• 100 g butter, or mararine
• 1 sachet vanilla, (bourbon)
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 250 ml malt beer, depending on your taste, even more
• 500 ml milk

Instructions

1. Heat the sugar and butter in a saucepan to create a caramel-like color. Then let it cook on a low level. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and malt beer. Caution can foam up! Finally add the milk and, depending on your taste, top up the malt beer.
2. Enjoy warm.
