Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, let it cool and place in a large salad bowl. Cut the mozzarella and cocktail tomatoes into cubes, season with salt and pepper and add to the pasta. Roast pine nuts in a non-stick pan over medium heat WITHOUT fat until they are brown. Wash the rocket, remove the stems, cut into small pieces and add to the pasta together with the pine nuts. Now season everything vigorously with salt, pepper, Maggi, sprinkling seasoning and, if you like, with hot peppers. Add oil and plenty of balsamic vinegar. Very tasty only served as a pasta salad or with juicy steaks.
